What size Icing Sheets are available?
Currently, custom A4 icing sheets are available. From these we do prints for:
- A4 custom Icing Sheets, which are slightly shorter than an A4 sheet of paper (28.5cm x 20.8cm) *
- A4 Icing Sheets fitting 12 × 2.5 inch cupcake toppers
- A4 Icing Sheets fitting 15 × 2 inch cupcake toppers
What can I print?
Anything from a picture of your pet to family photos, all the way through to logos, patterns or newspapers snapshots. Please note that orders containing offensive/pornographic images are not accepted.
Where do I send my images?
Email with your images, delivery details and any specific instructions you might have. Sending them pre-formatted on a PDF means I can get your prints done quickly. However, sending individual images with sizing requirements means I will need to format this for you, and check the arrangement over with you before printing, causing a delay in the order time.
How many images can I have on one sheet?
You can have as many images as you can fit on to an A4 sheet! Arrange your images on a word document, exactly as you would like them printed, and save and email it as a PDF. Your PDF will printed as you send it, keeping your format. When arranging your photos, allow at least a 1.5cm margin all the way around the edge to allow for the print feed, as images in this edge area may not be printed. This means your print will most likely have a thin white border all the way around - we cannot guarantee edge to edge printing.
Can you alter my images for me?
Unfortunately to keep these great prices, I am unable to spend time searching for images for you, or doing any graphic design work for you. This means I can't edit or Photoshop your pictures, and I can't alter colours or backgrounds - please send the final images you would like printed. I am able to size photos for you (eg. you might like your photo to fit an 8" cake), but this takes time.
What are the Ingredients?
Starch, Maltodextrin, Glycerol, Sugar, Stabilizers E460i/E414, Dextrose, Emulsifiers E435/E491/E471, Food Colour E171, Flavours, Preservative E202, Sucralose, Citric Acid. Suitable for vegetarians.
How do I use my Icing Sheet?
The most important thing is do not get the ink wet! Any water or moisture on the ink side of the print will ruin it. Icing Sheets are printed on a plastic backing sheet. Edible images work best when peeled carefully off the plastic, and stuck directly on to a fondant covered cake, or onto pre-rolled sugar paste if you are using your print for small decorations or cupcake toppers. If you need to cut your edible image, do so carefully with scissors or a sharp knife first before removing from the backing plastic, then wet your cake/sugar paste with a clean brush and carefully attach edible image. For cupcake toppers or small decorations, use cutters or a knife to cut your sugar paste to the right shape after attaching your edible image.
How long will my icing sheet last for?
All icing sheets are printed to order, so will last at least 6 months if stored correctly. Your print will be posted to you in a sealed bag and envelope; we advise storing your sheet as it is packaged until you need to use it. To maintain the quality of the print, store in a cool, dry place out of sunlight and heat.
